What files can I send?

CAD files, drawings, sketches and reference dimensions are all useful. If the design is still being developed, send what you have and we can review the practical next step.

What materials can you route?

Typical work includes plastics, wood and other suitable sheet materials. Selected aluminium work may also be possible depending on the geometry, tooling and workholding.

What is the maximum CNC working area?

The router has an approximate working area of 1200 × 1200 mm. The usable area for a specific job can depend on tooling, workholding and part geometry.

Can you help with the design or workholding?

Yes. We can review the part, mounting approach and manufacturing constraints before machining where engineering input is useful.

Can CNC parts be combined with your other capabilities?

Yes. Routed parts can be combined with 3D printing, laser cutting, electronics and prototype assembly as part of a wider engineering build.
