Large-format routing for practical engineering builds

Our CNC router supports sheet-based prototype work where size, rigidity or material choice makes routing the right option.

It is suited to fixtures, machine panels, base plates, templates and development components, either as individual parts or as elements of a wider rig, enclosure or integrated system.

  • Working area roughly 1200 × 1200 mm, depending on tooling and workholding
  • Suitable for plastics, wood, sheet materials and selected aluminium work
  • Useful for one-off parts, fixtures, panels and development rigs
  • Engineer-led review available where design, workholding or material choice needs consideration

Typical applications

Fixtures & base plates

Rigid platforms, mounting plates and fixture components for repeatable positioning, testing and prototype integration.

Panels, templates & sheet parts

Large-format routed components for enclosures, equipment interfaces, workshop templates and development builds.

Prototype rig components

Machined parts combined with laser-cut elements, printed components, electronics and instrumentation where a broader build is required.
