Fast parts for real engineering development

Our FDM printing capability is intended for practical engineering work: early prototypes, fit checks, housings, brackets, jigs, fixtures and low-volume development parts.

It can be used as a standalone build service or as part of a wider Seked Labs project involving CAD, electronics, instrumentation or prototype integration.

  • Build volume up to 256 × 256 × 256 mm
  • Materials include PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, Nylon, PC, TPU and other suitable FDM plastics
  • Multi-colour and compatible multi-material printing where useful
  • Local Sheffield collection available by arrangement

Typical applications

Prototype parts

Functional components for fit checks, design iteration and early bench testing before committing to more expensive manufacturing routes.

Jigs, fixtures & brackets

Practical hardware for positioning, mounting, handling and repeatable experimental or workshop tasks.

Enclosures & integration parts

Housings, sensor mounts, cable guides and interface parts for prototype rigs and electronics assemblies.
