Common questions

Can you develop a machine-vision inspection system?

Yes, particularly for feasibility, research, prototype and engineering-development applications. We can combine controlled imaging, lighting, positioning and image-analysis requirements into a practical first-stage system.

Can you integrate sensors as well as cameras?

Yes. Depending on the requirement, a setup can combine commercial sensors, instrumentation, electronics and data acquisition with imaging or other physical measurements.

Can the system produce pass/fail or decision outputs?

Where the requirement and acceptance criteria are well defined, measurement or inspection outputs can be structured to support rule-based decisions. We would normally validate the measurement approach before relying on automated decisions.

Do you provide production-line machine-vision integration?

Our current focus is engineering development, feasibility, prototype inspection and data-capture systems rather than large turnkey production-line integration. If the project later needs full industrial deployment, the development work can help define that next stage.
