Configure your part.

Internal fill controls the requested fill inside the walls. 20% uses less material; 50% adds more internal fill; 100% requests a solid fill.

Layer height controls the height of each printed layer. Fine detail requests smaller layers and increases estimated printing time. It is not a dimensional tolerance or a polished surface finish.

For a load-bearing part, include its use, critical dimensions and mating features below. We review orientation, walls, supports and the final print profile with your file.

For an estimate: upload an ASCII DXF at the intended scale. Use closed outlines for cut-out parts and remove duplicate lines. One copy means the complete uploaded layout.

For engraving: select Cut + engrave or Engrave only and add a description below. Separate cutting and engraving artwork on named layers, or attach a marked-up reference when requesting your quote.

Material and fits: select the nominal sheet thickness separately from material. Tell us about a specific grade, supplied sheet or press fit. Cutting width and sheet thickness variation affect the final fit.
